Maintenance Contracts
There’s nothing worse than a breakdown “mid-job”. We offer a range of preventative and reactive solutions to help ensure that the worst doesn’t happen to you. If it does, we aim to get you moving as soon as possible, with the minimum of fuss, at an affordable rate.
There are three levels of cover, ranging from next day including all parts and labour, (Platinum), to Bronze, which provides immediate telephone support only. Please call or e-mail to discuss your specific requirements.
Ad-Hoc repairs
We all know time is money! If you have a breakdown that is eating into your profits, then give us a call. Our experienced engineers can normally diagnose the fault over the telephone, and get to you next day with any necessary parts. Our rates are less than you’d think, and we can generally get you up and running in no time. Minimum disruption – minimum loss of profit!
Epson Warranty Work
We are fully Epson accredited, and can carry out warranty work on your in-warranty Epson wide format printer free of charge.
